Who controls your information

Lumaris Studios LLC is responsible for information collected through this website. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

• Information you provide: the contact form processes your name, email address, selected topic, and message. Direct email processes the information included in your email. Newsletter signup processes your email address and confirmation status.
• Basic technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, device, requested page, timestamps, integrity signals, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the website.
• Preferences: the website stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser.

Why we use information

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Respond to inquiries and route support or press messages.
• Send requested studio news and maintain subscription preferences.
• Meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis depends on the activity: consent for optional marketing; steps requested by you or legitimate interests for correspondence; legitimate interests in operating and securing the site; and legal obligation where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Service providers and transfers

We use Firebase and Google services for Hosting, protected form processing, App Check security, and fonts. Contact messages are delivered through Brevo to the Lumaris Studios inbox. Brevo also processes newsletter subscription requests, confirmation status, delivery, and unsubscribe preferences. Providers process information under their applicable terms and agreements. Processing may occur outside your country; where required, an accepted transfer mechanism applies.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, disputes, and enforcement. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or it is no longer needed. Contact correspondence may be retained while an inquiry is active and afterward when reasonably needed for business records. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit qualifying use of sensitive information; and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. Lumaris Studios does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Send a request to the email above. We may need to verify your identity and authority. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits.

Children

This general-audience studio website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A child under 13 should not submit a form or join the newsletter. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Individual games or services may have separate age information and notices.

Changes

We may revise this policy as the website and services change. The updated date will identify the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
