These terms govern access to the public Lumaris Studios website and materials available through it.
Agreement and eligibility
By using this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you are not old enough to agree under the law where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms for you.

You may browse the site, follow official links, and use materials expressly offered for public or press use. Studio materials
The website, Lumaris name and visual identity, game materials, writing, artwork, code, and other content are owned by Lumaris Studios LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited permission to access the site and any separate permission stated beside a downloadable press asset. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Messages and feedback
Do not send confidential, proprietary, illegal, or sensitive personal information through ordinary website or email channels. You retain ownership of original feedback you submit, but you permit Lumaris Studios to review it and use non-confidential ideas without an obligation to compensate you. This does not grant us ownership of your personal information, which is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The site may link to services that Lumaris Studios does not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
Availability and disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or use of the website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jackson County, Oregon, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
